Kirk Zambetti is President and Founder of NHUSSS, LLC, “Nothing Happens Until Someone Sells Something,” an advisory firm that focuses on commercial advisory services in the areas of sales execution, leadership development, go-to-market strategies, sales team assessment, sales channel, and brand management.
Prior to founding NHUSSS, LLC, Mr. Zambetti was YETI’s Senior Vice President of Sales from September 2018-March 2023 and he previously served as YETI’s Vice President of Sales since August 2016. Before joining YETI, Mr. Zambetti was the Vice President of Sales for North America for Danaher’s Dental Technologies division from October 2008 to August 2016, and was Director of Key Accounts, North America dating back to March 2007. Prior to Danaher, Mr. Zambetti held various commercial leadership and sales roles with leading medical device manufacturers and distributors, including Siemens, ANSI, Urologix, and PSS WorldMedical. Mr. Zambetti holds a B.A. in History from Hampden-Sydney College.
The NHUSSS Story
NHUSSS is an abbreviation for a saying I grew up hearing from my father, who was the 3rd generation to run our small family business, Zambetti Steel Products. NHUSSS stands for “nothing happens until someone sells something.” My father used this phrase as a strong endorsement for salespeople and the importance of appreciating the value a good sales team brings to a business. Taking the idea one step further, I added the phrase years later, “without a topline, there is no bottom-line.”
