Projects are scoped according to level of involvement which would include the Engagement Process with the additive option of Implementation. Each would be separate project fees, depending on scope, timing, and travel requirements.

  2. PROBLEM - Identify all concerns; Early framing of scope (Virtual)

  3. ALIGN - Define scope of project, stakeholders, desired outcomes, and estimated timeline to complete (Virtual)

  4. COMMIT - Agree on project investments, leadership alignment, travel requirements; Execute agreement (Virtual)

  5. ASSESS - Access to key team members; Pre-work/data requests; Execute project scope; Standing weekly updates (In-Person & Remote)

  6. RESULTS - Share findings, covering strategic and tactical, with next steps to improve with change management needed (In-Person)

Identifying your areas of improvement during the Engagement Process is the first step. The more challenging next step is the implementation, the processes and changes to realize the potential and bring your company to the next level.

Implementation would include the following steps:

  1. PRIORITIZE - In-depth review of issues; Align on top priorities to implement

  2. ACTION PLAN (AP) - Build action plan to drive ownership and accountability 

  3. COACHING - Support key leaders through change management via weekly engagement

  4. EXECUTE - Drive the execution of the action plan; Build early stage KPI model

  5. TEST/REVISE - Through implementation, confirm what’s working and what’s not; Leverage problem solving and countermeasures 

  6. CADENCE - Complete implementation with recommendation on business cadence, ownership, updated AP and KPI, and open items
